Grown-Up Jumping: How to Feel like a Kid Again!

There is something inherently whimsical about being on a trampoline. It’s a simple pleasure that is so basic and fundamentally joyful that only the grumpiest person would sneer at it – and likely do so while wishing they could join in!
What is it about trampolines that make people literally jump for joy?
Light Exercise
From the perspective of basic physical activity, trampolines provide a great low-impact workout. Gravity and physics are doing most of the work, so the most you have to do is maybe bend your knees a little at the right time. But for as low-impact it is, it’s a tremendous stress reliever. No worrying about weight belts or wiping down the equipment when you’re done. Just jump in and jump out.
Fun For Everybody
While parents enjoy watching their kids play, it’s a lot more fun for both the kids and the parents when the parents join in on the fun. A trampoline park provides the sort of environment where everybody can get in on the action. For all the PSAs you hear about eating dinner together as a family, we’re of the opinion that it’s just as important (if not more so) for the family to play together as well.
Bouncing Hearts
When it comes to the dating game, you may well have done the easy stuff already: coffee, movies, dinner, etc. Where do you go from there? Perhaps instead of trying to get more serious, what you need is to show off your playful side.
Get the heart pumping in a different way by taking your girlfriend or boyfriend out to the trampoline park, give them a chance to let their hair down and just go wild for a little bit. It’s definitely a change of pace from the usual date night activities, and might just become something special for the both of you!
Where Can I Enjoy The Benefits of Bouncing?
Zero Gravity believes that everybody should have the chance to capture or recapture that feeling of child-like fun, the split second of weightlessness between going up and coming down, that can only come from a trampoline. Take the opportunity to give us a call and come on down for some great fun with friends and family!
