On your first visit to Zero Gravity Trampoline Park, you must complete either of the following steps:
- Download and print a copy of the waiver form. Everyone who jumps must have a signed paper copy of the waiver on file at Zero Gravity Trampoline Park. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
- Fill out the online waiver form. When you fill out this online waiver form, it will make the check in process faster.
Be sure to complete one of these steps prior to arriving at Zero Gravity. If possible it is always best to bring a paper copy with you to Zero Gravity. Waivers are kept on file for one year.
