A SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY JUMPER. If under 18, the waiver must be signed by your PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN. For your convenience and ease at check-in, please complete the online waiver for each jumper to be filed in our data base. If this is your first visit to Zero Gravity, also download the waiver and bring a signed copy for each jumper with you. A paper copy must be filed at Zero Gravity.
